WINE TASTING – WINE PAIRING at Masseria Croce Piccola
(Max 14 people - Min 4 people per booking)
A reservation is always required for a visit to Masseria Croce Piccola.
The vineyard tour at Masseria Croce Piccola lasts a maximum of 20 minutes, during which we explain our vineyard cultivation methods and introduce the native grape varieties we grow: Maresco, Minutolo, and Susumaniello, all cultivated using certified organic farming (ICEA).
To satisfy your desire for Wine Tasting and Pairing, please send your booking request at least 2 days in advance of your preferred date.
APERITIF
If guests come to the Masseria just for an aperitif, after a brief tour of the vineyard, we serve a platter of appetizers paired with one of our four wines, chosen by the guest. The aperitif is served under our majestic oak tree, the symbol of Masseria Croce Piccola.
WINE PAIRING EXPERIENCE
OPTION 1 – Lunch (Approx. 2 hours)
For guests arriving for lunch around 12:00 PM, the experience begins with a short vineyard tour, followed by a four-course meal paired with our four wines, served under the grand oak tree or, if preferred, in the cellar.
After lunch, guests may enjoy a leisurely walk through the forest.
WINE PAIRING EXPERIENCE
OPTION 2 – Dinner (Approx. 3 hours)
For guests arriving for dinner around 7:00 PM, the experience begins with an aperitif under the grand oak tree, featuring the first of our four wines, paired with a curated tasting board prepared by our Chef Ciccio.
The evening continues with a three-course dinner, paired with our remaining three wines, served either under the oak tree or in the cellar.
